I was a seller at a time with full hysterectomy and for some reason even though I couldn't log in to my account several times and I tried to contact you guys myself. Got charged $25 for a reinstatement fee which I should not have had and even though we're in a pandemic...

Theres NO way to let you know that I gave you an incorrect zip code on the shipping address. Very frustrating!

My order has not showed up,that's what happened. No one answers in customer service. Once a recording and it was in spanish. Then it just hung up.

Bonanza - Ordered and didn't get package 1893306

Ordered a naxa dual speaker for 282.00$ and I have not received my item. I have all the info and a photo of the receipt. It wont let me track it or nothing. Sais no recent transactions in my history. when I click track it sais oops we have an error. Idk what the deal is. But If I can't get the speaker I ordered on the 29th which said 1-2 shipping I need the money refunded on my account immediately. Contacted one person already, and they said they didn't know nothing about the speaker.

I can't log in my account, to contact them you need to be logged in.....which i can't do. I started a new account it keeps giving me an error code. I can not log into my newly made account, was in the process of uploading my 5+ listings and everything stopped and i get this message Error code #163 creating account.
