Near zero sales with $20 fee each month. Can't cancel!
After losing money for months, I went to site to cancel subscription, The autopay for $20 had gone through today, but 75 cents due anyhow. When I clicked link to cancel, the site said I must pay all past due fees.
The one-time payment link only showed what was due, the how to pay the measly 75 cents.
Customer support is email only.
So far no response. What a rip-off.
The items for sale are the exact same as those listed on Ebay, which averages about $800 month while I sell maybe once a month on Bonanza for about one whole dollar!

I ordered a bottle of Lacoste red for men the original and I got something totally different that was advertised online. The bottle I ordered is round the one I got is square.!

I think this is horrible! I ordered a power wheels for my grandson's birthday on June 4, 2025, and it still has not shipped.
All I can do is send emails and wait for a response! Ridiculous!
There should be a phone number with a human to speak with. I ended up telling them to cancel my order, and now I have to figure out another gift by 7/10.

I haven't heard anything from them after my purchase
I ordered a product from them. They said that they would give me a tracking number and I still haven't gotten the tracking number or heard back from them.
They emailed back saying that they are busy it might take a few days for a replay. I still don't have my product, or a confirmation about my email regarding the shipment of the product. They gave me a order number but when I check on the order it says my order has been completed. But it doesn't say it was shipped yet.
I try to get in contact with them and no response. I want my order.

It doesn't pay out. It's a scam.
Not worth the time and effort for the winnings in which you are required to accomplish the total in order to receive a cash out. And even if you played more than what was required, it still doesn't pay out. This game uses false advertising.
It says no ads but it has plentiful. A Scam!

Im trying to contact Bonanza and Im getting no response I have not received any kind of email from the seller telling me when or confirming when or even that they shipped out my tomato seeds.
