My order 8527**** has not been received.

What more can I say. I ordered this, was never given any further information beyond the item was to be sent from mountain snacks in Hamilton, Ontario. I tried to contact them and found that impossible.

Where is my Order?

Hello I ordered Granitestone Blue Nonstick 20 Piece Cookware and Bakeware Set - Brand New from raide_6643. I was charged and now when I want to track my order it shows error. I'm not sure what is going on but I want my money and no longer. I believe this raide_6643 is a scammer.

Never received product I paid for and was not refunded my money

I bought a championship belt on 8/9/21 for my son. As of 9/3/21 I still have not received my product and the seller keeps telling me that he mailed it out but he will not provide me with the shipping information. He keeps lying and telling me he shipped it out but wont give me the shipping information.He did eventually gave me a refund on 8/24/21 then he rescinded the refund on 8/29/21 and would not tell me why.D said he w e

Order couldnt track or contact the company

ordered something from bonanza on monday august 23 paid fot it through paypal have not received a shipping confirmation email all attempts to to track order or to contact the seller results in error messages and dead ends order # is 8437**** seller UPDATE Happily I received the item i ordered quickly . the shipping confirmation came a couple of days after the order arrived . it could have a glitch within the postal system . when i couldnt contact anyone i panicked but all is well now

Can't log in and Bonanza won't tell me why!

I have had a Bonanza account since about 2012 or 2013, and just rebooted my booth in June. Suddenly I was unable to log in to it. Bonanza support said there was a "security" issue with their system that wouldn't let me "open" an account. No further jogging by me could get any more information out of them. I still can't log in, and they still won't tell me why. Not a good way to treat a long-time seller.

Setting up seller account

Nothing happened. They refuse to call me to help make changes on my account so fix the issue and finish set up. I cannot use my account until I finish and I can't finish until I make the needed change due to a mistake I made in set up. You can't go back to change any information, and you can't get any help in real time. You can't call anyone, and they refuse to provide that level of customer service.

A thief on their site

I ordered "Third Watch dvd series" from mrjoed2's booth. He sent me a stack of home burnt dvds (with commercials) wrapped in a rubber band. I complained, he got defensive and refused a refund. I then ordered the same series from bactotv. He took my money and sent nothing. I then ordered from xmasdvdset. Once again, took my money and sent nothing. When I received my bank statement, all three withdrawals were under bactotv. It was the same seller all along. He's a thief!

Horrible

Item damaged and can not contact anyone. Sent several messages and no response. Contacted credit company to dispute.
