Purchased a YETI Colster off of Bonanza, just to find that it was "delivered" in South Carolina. A mere 494 miles away from its intended destination. The same day I received an email from Bonanza saying the seller was suspended from the website and they highly recommend I submit a claim with my payment provider.

Luckily, I used Chase and they promptly took care of the issue, but the lack of response from the Bonanza team, and their "sucks for you" attitude towards their customers, is nothing short of amazing. A total lack of responsibility or oversight regarding their marketplace.

Save your money and time. Stick with EBay & Amazon.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of give canned responses to enquiries and losing my money and being ignored by bonanza. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of delivery service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $27. Bonanza needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
