I was new to the Bonanza site. I ordered an item from the site and was very careful to make sure I was able to return it just in case.
I received the item no problem. Unfortunately it didnt work out. I had went on the site to message the seller and had no reply. So I had contacted bonanza customer service and asked them for help.
Finally they replied and said my account was not activated and they went ahead and did that for me. I contacted the seller back about 10 times with no reply. I had also contacted bonanza again and just got an automated reply. So I just went ahead and sent it back anyway.
And now Im sore I will ah e to dispute it with my credit card. Terrible website. I will never order from here again.
eBay is so much better. A cheaper price isnt worth the hassle if you need to return an item.
