Bonanza - Have not received my machine but payment removed from my account

I placed an order for a nut cracker machine that has never been shipped. They did remove the money from my checking account. I received an email stating didnt have it. But I have not heard anything since. If you cant send, just refund my money. Thank you Joan BradleyBetter

I keep and keep trying to purchase something on the website from my phone maybe I have to do it from a computer I have iPhone XS when I try to check out with PayPal ir always give me an error message please help

I had purchased the item from Bonanza and I had contacted the seller and also contacted Bonanza the seller has not responded to my emails and Bonanza is not responding as well. They have sent me a totally different item than what I purchased and making it hard for me to get a refund or return the item due to them not responding. I suggest no one purchase anything from this website

Bonanza sold me a $1000 Canon printer that came all dinged up, dusty and broken. It wasnt a shipping problem!

The $1000 printer was dinged up, DUSTY (has clearly been sitting around out of the box) and after paying a tech guy to spend 2 hours setting it up- its completely broken. They sent me an old, dented, broken printer. We spoke with Canon and they confirmed that its not fixable. It did not get broken in shipping- it was that way when they sold it to me
