Verified ReviewerBonanz Banned My Account Without Giving a Reason After I Paid Them
Its seems convenient that Bonanza directed us to pay reinstatement fee's on November 1 and then suspended the account after we paid the fees to be reinstated. Moreover, suspending an account without notice, cause or explanation is unacceptable.
Bonanza should treat sellers like customers and partners and work with them to overcome challenges. In our case we followed the direction, paid, and were still suspended.
