Can't Log into my Booth

I have been with Bonanza for about a year or so. It's connected to my Ebay store so I don't visit the site unless I have a sale. Anyway, been trying to log in for a couple of days and when I log in it takes me to the home page but says I'm logged out. Help!!!!!!

I placed an order in June never received the product I have been writing to Bonanza ever since. It is now going into October and I still do not have my money back. I have had eight or more messages with them. They told me to file a dispute with PayPal, which I did. Bonanza keeps contacting me and asking me if the problem has been resolved. How could it be resolved if theyre not taking action to follow through with seeing that I get a refund? They are total idiots apparently dont read their own correspondence. I will never purchase anything from them again!

Unable to contact customer service

I made a mistake and purchased a monitor instead of a smart TV. I've been trying to contact Bonanza customer service via email and phone without success. The recording on their phone is in Spanish without an English choice available. I fear that I've been scammed and will not receive a refund. I need help resolving this issue.

I paid for my order, had a confirmation number, my credit card was charged $142 and I was supposed to receive in 3 days and then......they cancelled my order Now selling item for $400 instead.

Tried selling on Bonanza for the month of June 2020. Listed items from ebay. Booth never activated despite 3 attempts to get help from no-customer-service. TEST - PROOF THAT BONANZA IS WORTHLESS: Type in a product item search in google. Product will appear for sale in many sites but never BONANZA.

The company phone number is in Spanish only. Then theres a beep for message leaving. What happened? Below are pictures of 1st) what I ordered, and 2nd) what was sent. Theres roughly $160 difference in price. I paid over $200 for what is worth $40 and sold at Target.

Bonanz Banned My Account Without Giving a Reason After I Paid Them

Its seems convenient that Bonanza directed us to pay reinstatement fee's on November 1 and then suspended the account after we paid the fees to be reinstated. Moreover, suspending an account without notice, cause or explanation is unacceptable.

Bonanza should treat sellers like customers and partners and work with them to overcome challenges. In our case we followed the direction, paid, and were still suspended.
