I had no idea that Netflix shows were even being bootlegged. I thought I was buying a legitimate copy of the Punisher. It was only after I received my order, that I saw several errors on the packaging. I searched online, only to find out that Netflix never released the show on dvd. Im not happy at all with my experience. The dvd packaging has the wrong actor on the back, Thomas Jane, from the 2004 Punisher movie, and the description is just....bad. Their customer service is non existent.

Bonanza - Update on the status of Becket magazine

I just recently place on the order of the Beckett basketball magazine to check the status on it. Once I check it, it was send out month of April. I should be able to receive it about a week from now. Now it's been two weeks already. I check the status of shipment tracking number it turns out no confirmation number nothing like that. I was wondering when I get my item plus if I don't hear back then I like to have a full refund back. Take my business somewhere. Thanks for your time, Aaron

I have spoken with somebody about my package and said it would have been here Friday the 8th but I still havent received it and I just want the rest of my package and maybe yall could throw the shocks that match the lift to go with it for no cost since I missing things

User's recommendation: I say it’s a good place and reasonable priced items but if everybody is going to experience what I’m dealing with I prefer you to go some where else.

It has been two months since I ordered and I still have nothing. When I try to contact Bonanza I have these hoops to go through or instructions in Spanish. This appears to be intentional. Then they focus around the product and avoid shipping all together.

User's recommendation: if you order from Bonanza don't expect any costumer service.

Bonanza - Can't get ahold of seller, need return, product was damaged/ defective

I ordered an exhaust header set. My product was delivered with a large dent in one of the exhaust tubes, some of the welds were not complete, some of the welds had air holes in them, the inside of the exhaust tubes had surface rust in them and the exterior welds had service rust on them. I tried calling the customer service number, it went straight to voicemail, and the automated voicemail recording was in Spanish. Did not give me an option for English. So I have no idea what the automated message said; I heard some automated disclaimer in Spanish and then the line hung up on me.

I ordered 5 unstitched men suits of different colours (Have Proofs) but received all in same one white colour. dont know how you are managing these items for delivery. dont know how you changed the ordered colours. Extremely disappointed, wont order again...
